1. About This Site

This website is operated by the Embark ISEF coaching team of Youfang Education (“Embark”, “we”). By using the site you accept these terms. Coaching engagements themselves are governed by separate written agreements signed with parents or legal guardians; where those agreements differ from these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

2. Independence Disclaimer

Embark is an independent research-coaching organization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Society for Science, Regeneron, or the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF). All competition names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the competitions our students enter. Competition photographs on this site are credited to their official source.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Historical results described on this site — including awards and asteroid naming honours — are accurate team-level records of past seasons. They are not a promise of future outcomes. ISEF qualification and awards depend on independent judging we do not control, and no coaching service can guarantee them. We commit to the quality of the coaching process, not to competition placements.

4. Academic Integrity

All coaching is delivered under the standards described in our Academic Integrity policy. We reserve the right to terminate any engagement, without refund of delivered services, where a client requests work that would violate competition rules or research ethics.

5. Intellectual Property

Students retain full ownership of their research and its outputs. Site content (text, design, frameworks) belongs to Embark and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is” for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on site content alone; coaching advice is given only within a signed engagement.

7. Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Questions about them can be raised through the Contact page.
