Is the consultation really free, and what do we get from it?
Yes. You leave with three concrete things: your region’s qualification route and deadlines, an honest assessment of your timeline, and the discipline-mentor profile we would match you with. No payment details are discussed before you have all three.
What timezone are you in? We’re in North America.
The coaching team operates across Asian and North American hours by design — a large share of our students attend US and Canadian high schools. Consultations are scheduled to your timezone, not ours.
Can we contact you mid-project for a second opinion?
Absolutely. Some of our best outcomes started as second opinions on a stalled project. Send what you have — a question, an abstract, a dataset — and we will tell you what a review committee would say about it.
Where is Embark based?
Our operating team is based in Shanghai, China (ICP licence 沪ICP备2024095673号-1), with mentors and students distributed worldwide. All coaching runs online.
